I went to the Dodge place in Saint Paul for the first time, and everyone was very excellent. My appointment was at 10 o'clock. I showed up there at nine just to find out what was happening. They took me in right away without any hesitation. Alexandra was very awesome very polite not hard to look at, an excellent person. Evan, I do believe was the person that was working on my vehicle. He was awesome never took a break until it was done. Everyone was great. They offered to drive me where I wanted to go in town. I had computer stuff to do there and Alexandra help me all the way she was awesome if anybody needs anything at this Dodge dealership. They will get it for you thank you Alexandra and Evan I do believe for the awesome hospitality and work and friendship and kindness that you guys gave me and I appreciate it very much five stars to both of you and everyone else that was there.

Excellent, honest shop. They went above and beyond to deliver the service as they had quoted and on time. When they accidentally broke a sensor during install, they sent a driver out on a 3 hour driving expedition to buy a replacement sensor and installed it same day so I could get my vehicle back...

Was towed into this dealership last night at 2 mins to closing. The great guys in front of me who were dragging my truck in with a seized water pump had already called ahead to let the service staff know we were enroute. I was on my way home, over 4 hours away when my original pump seized after 400,000km on it.The crew there had the pump ready to go, one young mechanic willingly agreed to stay, along with the outstanding service writer, and went to work on my truck right away. Shortly after 6pm, just over an hour after arrival, my truck was running and ready to go.I cannot say enough good about these people and this dealership. It would've been absolutely nothing to them to say "sorry, we'll take care of you tomorrow" but they wholeheartedly went after my issue to get me going and on my way home without hesitation.Beyond stellar service and whoever owns this dealership should be proud of their staff.Thank you very much for the outstanding service.

My mom bought a car from St. Paul Dodge a few weeks ago from Ben Poulin. She described him as an honest and courteous sales person who truly cares about his customers. He goes above and beyond, takes care of all the details and has a great respect and understanding of seniors. We're from the Edmonton area - we started our search for a pre owned vehicle. We had a few different options in the city, but each time every dealership made it such a process even with simple questions - we felt like we never knew what to believe and then add in the millions of high pressured phone calls in a day. So we started to expand our search out of the city, and we're so glad that we did!We ended up finding a vehicle online at St Paul Dodge, but we had questions before making the drive out there. No problem at all - Ryan answered everything we needed and was super clear and straightforward - I can't tell you how much we appreciated that after the experiences we had before. We knew even if the vehicle turned out to not be the one for us, we wanted to work with Ryan to find one that would.We put a deposit down to hold the vehicle until the weekend so we could drive out there. Brenda got our financing all done up beforehand just in case we decided to take the vehicle so we could save some time out there. She was so great and so easy to work with.Once we got there, the vehicle was right by the door first thing in the morning waiting for us. Miguel greeted us and let us head out for a test drive. At no point did we feel any type of pressure while we were there. Miguel, and the rest of the staff were so friendly and so helpful - it felt like you knew them forever.We decided to get the vehicle, and were so pleased with the deal they gave us. At no point did we feel like we were being treated unfairly - they even did more for us than what we expected, we are so thankful!Thank you so much to the team at St Paul Dodge - you made a very stressful situation for us sooo much better! Highly recommended, we'll be referring everyone we know out that way - worth the drive for sure! You guys are stuck with us now haha.
